Perfect for the preparation of whipping cream, cream gateaus or ice cream. It’s THE alternative to all artificial/chemical cream stiffening products. Optimal results are achieved simply by using organic vegetable starch. You can also use this product for coating fruit tarts in order to prevent the flan base from soaking: simply distribute thin and homogeneously on the flan base before garnishing with fruit.

Storage advice: Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Preparation: 1. Briefly beat 200-250 ml of cold whipped cream in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer with a whisk. 2. Sprinkle in the contents of the bag and continue beating until the desired firmness is reached. 3. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
