The Bauckhof spelt pancake dough mix as easily prepaded as a child's play. Pancakes made from this baking mix taste just like homemade – because they are!
One pack yields 3 medium-sized pancakes or 6 thin crêpes.
Preparation: Mix the contents of the bag with 350ml sparkling water or soya drink and bake both sides in a greased pan until golden brown. Add one pack of egg replacer for a firmer consistency. (egg replacement not included)
