Ich liebe meinen Hirtenkäse im griechischen Salat.
Der Lord of Tofu Hirtenkäse ist nicht so fettig wie manch anderer Schafs-/Hirtenkäsenachbau, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Er hat auch dem gegenüber die besseren Nährwerte und schmeckt mir einfach besser.
Also ich find ihn absolut klasse.
einfach nur Tofu...
...dafür ist der Preis eigentlich noch OK, aber das Ganze dann Käse zu nennen, ist schon ein wenig fragwürdig.

Der Wiesentäler ist eher weicher bröckerliger Tofu. Mit Käse hat das aber irgendwie nicht zu tun. Geschmacklich ist er schon okay, besser als der mit grünem Pfeffer. Aber das wars dann auch schon...
