A Far Eastern specialty that originated in Japan and there bears the name "Kinugoshi" is fine traditional silken tofu. The organic silken tofu from Taifun combines the valuable properties of this special type of tofu. Its consistency is rather soft, smooth and gentle. Therefore, the silken tofu is ideal for the preparation of creamy dishes such as desserts, vegan cheesecakes or lassis. The organic tofu can be easily blended and pureed, made into soups, dips and sauces. Lovers of vegan quiche variants are equally well advised with the Taifun organic silken tofu. The discreet tofu is made from certified organically grown soybeans.

The fine-silky product is a true dream ingredient in vegan cuisine due to its smooth properties. Conventional yogurts or cream products can be easily replaced with Taifun silken tofu. You can use it diced as an ingredient for vegetable or Asian soups as well as a chilled dish. Thus, silken tofu is suitable for cooking and preparation at any time of the year.

For uncomplicated further processing, it is a good idea to open the packaging along the edge with a pointed knife and turn the tofu out onto the plate like a pudding.

Bester Seidentofu

Ich verwende Seidentofu seit Jahren, weil er einfach so vielseitig einsetzbar ist. Der von Taifun ist aber mein Liebster, vor allem wegen der Konsistenz.
