Organic cultivation has been a key part of the product philosophy of Lord of Tofu founders Dörte and Freddy Ulrich right from the start. After all, organic cultivation is the only method that doesn't involve pesticides. Refraining from spraying it ensures that no bees or insects die. And by allowing insects to survive, can we help plants (and therefore people) thrive.
