Masalas are various Indian spice preparations for the preparation of curries. They are put together differently in every region, every place, even every household - at Lord of Tofu with a spicy but not spicy mixture. Since the mid-90s, Lord of Tofu has been producing vegetarian specialities in Lörrach. Only organic soybeans are processed, thus promoting regional and GMO-free agriculture.
The family business grew with a new discovery: Kombucha, the "magic mushroom" rich in vital substances, makes their tofu not only particularly digestible but also unmistakable in taste.
