DRIED SPELT SOURDOUGH
INGREDIENTS: Wheat- woholemeal ground products (spelt)*.(* certified organic)
ALLERGY ADVIVCE: Contains wheat (spelt).
PREPARATION: You add (for 2 loaves): - 700 g spelt flour - 300 g rye flour - 2 sachets BIOVEGAN Meister 2 teaspoons salt - 750 ml lukewarm water - some grease for the baking pan Preparation: Mix all dry ingredients well. ingredients well. Add the water and knead well. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes in a warm place. Knead the dough again and place it in 2 greased baking tins, covered, for 30 minutes. Let rest.
