POWDER MIXTURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF VEGAN CREAM
INGREDIENTS: Powdered sugar* (from raw cane sugar*) , potato starch*, thickener: gum arabic*; maple sugar*, potato flakes*, thickener: guar gum*; inulin*, rice protein*, salt.

STORAGE NOTE: Store dry and protect from heat.
PREPARATION:DOSAGE: For one serving of ready whipped cream use - 125 ml refrigerator cold soy drink nature and - 27 g (approx. 3 heaped teaspoons) of whipped cream are required. PREPARATION: 1. cold natural soy drink in a narrow, tall mixing cup, add half of the contents of the package. Add half of the contents of the package. 2. Blend for 5 min. with hand mixer on highest whip on highest speed. Serve cold. **If whipped cream stands in refrigerator for more than 1 hr, whip again with hand mixer for 1 min. before serving. Whipping is only possible with natural soy drink (ingredients: Water, soybean) without any additives (e.g. calcium, vanilla, Omega3) is possible! Other vegetable drinks (e.g. rice drink), milk, cream or Cuisines cannot be whipped. NOTE: For optimal consistency, whip with half of the package contents and 125 ml Soy Drink Natural is recommended. TIP: A colorful whipped cream can be prepared with BIOVEGAN Color Fun or Carob. Simply add the desired ingredient to the the finished cream, fold in, mix briefly with the hand mixer and mix and you're done!
