Sehr lecker, aber viel Chemie
Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht- die Sahne hat aufgeschlagen eine schöne Konsistenz und schmeckt wirklich gut (bis auf einen minimal bitteren Nachgeschmack). Was mich allerdings stört sind die vielen Zusatzstoffe (E435, E475, E464, E466). Deswegen wird es die Sahne bei uns nicht allzu oft geben. Aber für besondere Anlässe, wo die Sahne nicht fehlen darf, finde ich es prima!

Super lecker und cremig
Diese Schlagcreme ist einfach genial! Sie schmeckt lecker, ist "unheimlich " cremig und das auch 2 Tage später nach der Zubereitung! Habe meine Familie mit einem köstlichen Dessert überrascht, sie waren so davon überzeugt ! Sie kaufen jetzt alle diese Schagcreme , anstatt herkömmliche Sahne vom Tier!

Bester Ersatz für Schlagsahne
Ich finde das ist der beste Ersatz für Schlagsahne. Schmeckt neutral, hält lange steif. Die Sahne sollte vor dem Aufschlagen kühlschrankkalt sein, dann klappt es viel besser! Für Tortenfüllungen besser noch ein Päckchen Sahnesteif mitschlagen.
