Amazing taste and texture. Fantastic to make a mayo or use as such in soups.

Schmeckt mit sehr gut
Diese Sahne ist prima..Endlich mal ne Sahne ohne Carragen. Kartoffelauflauf klappt super, Sosse verfeinern schmeckt prima, Salatsosse bekommt den letzten Pfiff, Aufschlagbar mit dem veg. Sahnesteif auch Klasse. Die Inhaltstoffe, besser gehts nicht. Aber am wichtigsten war mir dass kein Carragen drin ist. Bin sehr zufrieden, besser könnt es nicht sein.

So was von lecker
Leider habe ich es nicht geschafft, die Sahne aufzuschlagen. Geht nicht oder irgendwas falsch gemacht? Wohin also mit der angeschlagenen Creme, die ihr Volumen deutlich vergrößert hat? Ich habe sie mit 2 kleinen Löffelchen Vanillepaste und ein wenig Zitronenfruchtpaste, sowie 4 Teelöffeln Zucker und einer Handvoll gefrorener Kirschen gut vermischt und für 10 Minuten ins Eismaschinchen gekippt. Göttliches Sahneeis ganz ohne Xanthan oder anderem! Lecker!
