Leckere Sahne
Ich bin weder Veganer noch Vegetarier, jedoch probiere ich auch gerne Neues aus. Hier bin ich regelrecht begeistert denn mir schmeckt die Sahne besser als die Sahne aus Milch. Habe auch schon einige Leute damit angesteckt. Einfach mal probieren.

Immer noch Palmöl :(
Ja, sie lässt sich perfekt aufschlagen und kommt dem tierischen Produkt extrem nahe. Aber das immer noch mit Palmöl produziert wird, ist einfach total daneben und weltfremd. Schade.

Einzig brauchbare Schlagsahnealternative für mich
Als Milchallergiker habe ich lange nach einer Alternative zu Schlagsahne gesucht, weil viele Desserts und Torten nicht ohne auskommen. Die Schlagfix-Sahne habe ich schon vor Jahren im Supermarkt gekauft, wo ich heute nicht mehr beziehen kann. Die Sahne lässt sich im gekühlten Zustand gut aufschlagen, zur Stabilisierung bei Tortencremes füge ich noch Dr. Ötker neutrales Sahnesteif hinzu(auch vegan!), oder falls gewünscht entsprechende Instant-Puddingpulver/Quarkfein ect... . Daraus lassen sich wunderbare Tortencremes herstellen, die auch formstabil und haltbar sind. Der Preis von 0,99€ entspricht dem aus dem Supermarkt, ist also OK. Geschmacklich fehlt das Kuhmilcharoma, was ich nach so vielen Jahren ohne Milch aber auch nicht mehr vermisse. Die Sahne gibt es, wie hier: schwach gesüsst, oder gesüsst. Für Desserts und Kuchen nehme ich die eher neutrale Variante und süsse bei Bedarf mit Traubenzucker nach, weil ich auch keine Fruktose vertrage. Sehr gutes Produkt

Besser als erwartet
Im Vergleich zu normaler Sahne schmecke ich hiermit definitiv mehr vom Tee und Kaffee. Sehr guter Ersatz für mich.

starker Eigengeschmack
Ich habe letzte Woche Waffeln gebacken und habe mich darauf gefreut die vegane Sahne dazu auszuprobieren. Sie ließ sich super schlagen, allerdings ist der Eigengeschmack der Sahne SEHR intensiv und für uns ungenießbar. Die Waffel ging samt Sahne in den Müll :(

Enttäuscht
Ich finds auch überflüssig hier (nicht-zertifiziertes) Palmöl zu verwenden. Bedda Schlagcreme und Natumi CreSoy schaffen es ganz ohne und schmecken super.
