Soya doesn’t get any more wholesome than this: this tempeh classic made from highest-quality soya beans has a mellow, delicately nutty aroma that unfurls to perfection when pan-fried especially. tempehmanufaktur offers a wide range of flavour variations in addition to its Natural Soya Tempeh: Curry Tempeh, Gyros Spice Tempeh and Teriyaki Tempeh, enhancing pretty much every dish into a delicious, nutritious source of protein in next to no time. Simply cube or slice, fry and there you have it.

But tempehmanufaktur has a whole range of tempeh creations on offer, like Lupin Tempeh with Sweet Chilli or Wild Herbs, or punchy Black Bean Tamari Tempeh. All certified organic and vegan.
Hand-made
tempehmanufaktur has dedicated itself to making tempeh since 2010. The family company from Allgäu now employs almost 50 members of staff, but its tempeh is still made lovingly by hand. Non-GMO and, where possible, regionally grown organic pulses from ecological cultivation are used.

Allrounder für Alles und gut für den Darm
Ich bin ein absoluter Tempeh-Fan, weil er meinem Blähbauch und Völlegefühl abhilfe geschaffen hat. Man muss sich an Sojatempeh gewöhnen, aber dann läuft es mit mit der Darmgesundheit. Die Fermentation macht es möglich und wirkt unterstützend bei einer antientzündlichen Ernährung. Mir hat es geholfen und ich fühl mich leichter. Und es schmeckt. Sättigend ist er auch aber man fühlt sich nicht voll und schwer. Supertolle Rezeptidden auf der Homepage oder bei Instagram von der Tempehmanufaktur.
