Organic tempeh: high in protein and delicious
Since 2010, tempehanufaktur has been dedicated to producing tempeh in many variations. The family business from the Allgäu region now has almost 50 employees. However, the varied tempeh is still lovingly made by hand. Organic pulses grown in the region are used as far as possible and are GMO-free from organic farming.

In addition to natural tempeh, tempehmanufaktur also offers a wide range of variations: Tempeh Curry, Tempeh Gyros Spice and Tempeh Teriyaki. There is also lupin tempeh with sweet chili or wild herbs and strong black bean tempeh tamari made from black beans. All certified organic and vegan.
