Wonderfully punchy and boasting delicious roasted notes when fried: this black bean tempeh really is the heavyweight of the tempeh scene. As well as giving this tamari tempeh a vibrant colour element, the black beans also give it its unparalleled punchy flavour, enhancing pretty much every dish into a delicious, wholesome and nutritious source of protein in next to no time. Simply cube or slice, fry and there you have it.
Organic tempeh: gets pulses racing
The tempeh manufactory also has other tempeh creations on offer. For example, natural soy tempeh, soy tempeh curry, soy tempeh gyros spice and soy tempeh teriyaki. Or the spicy lupin tempeh with sweet chili or wild herbs. All certified organic and vegan.
Hand-made
tempehmanufaktur has dedicated itself to making tempeh since 2010. The family company from Allgäu now employs almost 50 members of staff, but its tempeh is still made lovingly by hand. Non-GMO and, where possible, regionally grown organic pulses from ecological cultivation are used.

Top für Tamari-Sojasauce Fans
Ich muss zugeben, ich bin kein Fan vom Blackbean-Tempeh. Ich kenne alle Sorten und mag die anderen einfach lieber. Aber ich teile trotzdem meine positiven Erfahrungen mit Euch. Der Geschmack von Tamari kommt rüber und ist sehr lecker. Die Konsistenz der schwarzen Bohnen ist weicher und saftiger wie beim Lupinen oder Soja-Tempeh. Geht in die asiatische Richtung. Wer schon mal eine schwarze Bohnensoße probiert hat, weiß von was ich spreche. Zum experimentieren super und auch lecker einfach angebraten auf`s Brot.

Sehr lecker
Die Farbe ist schon ungewöhnlich, aber der Geschmack ist hammer! Kräftig, nach Sojasauce und mega lecker. Eine gute Alternative zum Soja-Tempeh!

Ich mag so ziemlich alle Sorten von der Tempelmanufaktur, aber der Blackbean ist für mich der Beste. Fast käsig.
