Ingredients:
Tofu* (water, soya beans*, coagulating agent: calcium sulphate) (98%), rock salt, spices*, raw cane sugar*, thickening agent: agar-agar*.

Allergy advice: Contains soya. May contain traces of celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
Refrigeration advice: Please store between 2°C and 7°C.
Consumption advice: First remove packaging and casing.
Preparation: For scrambled eggs: Fry smoked tofu (diced) in oil. Then mash the vegan eggs with a fork and add them, heat briefly. Salt to taste. Instead of a fried egg: Cut the vegan eggs into slices, fry briefly in oil on both sides. Serve with a dollop of yellow mustard. As a vegan breakfast egg: Put vegan eggs (with plastic shell) in a pot of hot water (max. 70°C) and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then peel the vegan 5-minute egg out of the shell and enjoy it with herb margarine.

Mir schmeckt es
Klar es fehlt das gelbe vom Ei, aber mit Kala Namak schmeckt es schon gut.

Nicht schlecht
Fände es geschmacklich als Rührei Ersatz nicht schlecht. Habe etwas mit kalanamak nachgewürzt und ein Paar Kräuter dazu gegeben.

.. also wer das mag , hat kein Geschmack :/ besser selber machen aus Tofu , Zwiebeln , Curry und Kala Namak ... geht schnell und vieeeeel besser .

Sehr sättigend und lecker
Ich liebe sie und weiß gleichzeitig, dass es ein Produkt ist, das man mögen muss. Sie sättigen immens und ich esse sie am liebsten kalt als Zwischenmahlzeit.

Rührei für ein perfektes Frühstück
Ich liebe dieses Ersatzrührei....Kirschtomaten, Kresse und etwas Kala Namak auf Vollkorntoast...da fängt der Tag für mich perfekt an :-)

Mäßig befriedigend
Als ich Kala Namak, Zwiebel- u Paprikapulver, Pfeffer und Petersilie dazugab, war es einigermaßen erträglich.
