Ich führe eine Imbiß und für die Cheeseburger nehme ich diese Cheddarscheiben. Alleine der Geruch überzeugt und erinnert an "echten" Käse. Er könnte ein wenig schneller schmelzen, was aber auch bedeutet, daß er gut zusammenhält und nicht bröckelt oder bröselt oder die Scheiben zu dünn wären. Geschmack und Konsistenz sind so wie man es erwartet, nicht gummiartig oder fahl im Geschmack sondern kräftig , dabei nicht aufdringlich. Selbst roh zur Brotzeit eignen sich die Scheiben, durch den Ölgehalt spielt er seine wahre Stärke durch seinen Verwendungszweck aus:Dem Braten/Schmelzen. Roh 8/10 , Geschmolzen 10/10
