Echt lecker Das Raucharoma ist zum Glück nicht übertrieben, aber schön würzig.
Ja mit einer Einschränkung
Die Violife Scheiben mit Raucharoma haben sowohl einen angenehmen Geruch als auch einen dezenten rauchigen Geschmack. Die Konsistenz ist gut, nicht zu fest, nicht zu weich. Allerdings empfinde ich diesen Käseersatz als sehr mächtig, was den Sättigungsgrad angeht. Da wünsche ich mir mehr Leichtigkeit.
Ja und Nein
Grundsätzlich sind die Scheiben gut geeignet, um damit Käse-Gurken-Sandwiches zu machen. Das Raucharoma ist deutlich zu riechen und zu schmecken, aber nicht aufdringlich. So passt das wunderbar zur "Tea Time".
Was jedoch die Struktur und das Schmelzverhalten betrifft, kann ich keine hohe Punktzahl vergeben. Die Oberfläche der Scheiben ist rauh, fast mehlig, die Scheiben brechen leicht, und beim Schmelzen werden sie zu einer ziemlich farblosen, relativ fettigen Masse, die zwar schön von der Gabel zieht, aber geschmacklich eher an geräucherte Kartoffeln erinnert. Zum Gratinieren oder Toasten meiner Ansicht nach nicht wirklich geeignet.

Die Raucharoma Scheiben schmecken super super lecker! Sehr gute Konsistenz und das Aroma kommt angenehm zu Geltung. Meine Packung war im Nuh aufgegessen, so gut schmecken die Scheiben!
