How nice that the responsible ladies and gents of Herbaria have already done this for us: “Obazd is!” is a high-quality spice mixture for making the popular Bavarian cheese spread “Obazda”. We recommend dicing spicy vegan cheeses finely, adding an onion, then margarine, a bit of beer or oat milk and chives – and there you have it. Spread lightly on a pretzel and simply enjoy the Bavarian way of life!
