Weinhaus Krauß Mulled Wine BimBam Pink, Organic, 0.75l
You don’t need to mull it over! These organic mulled wines will warm your body and soul up to cosy perfection! Especially during the colder months! With hints or cinnamon and clove, marzipan and bitter almond, balanced and rounded, yet mellow and spicy, these full-bodied premium mulled wines are a treat for the tastebuds and the perfect way to herald in the festive period. Not only does Weinhaus Krauss produce red, white and rosé mulled wines, it also makes Glögg, a Scandinavian mulled wine best served with almonds and raisins, and HejHo, a Hugo, best enjoyed hot at home by the fire or chilled on the terrace in summer with its warm herbal, elderflower notes. Wines from the Zeller Valley Where sustainability meets flavour, where organic farming meets regional business, and where traditional winegrowing meets modern cellar technology. From the vine to the bottle – these wines are the product of craftsmanship of the highest level. A family-run company in its fifth generation, Weinhaus Krauss looks back on a long agricultural history. And, since 1982, a history in organic wine too. Since the start of the eighties, the winery has been run in strict accordance with the principles of organic farming and a member of the Bioland farming association. The winery is deeply rooted in the region around the Zeller Valley – a responsibility that flows into every wine it produces. We guarantee the same high Palatine Zeller Valley and Rheinhessen quality for every vintage to date. Organic and vegan – naturally. As a staunch opponent of genetic engineering, Weinhaus Krauss refrains from using any genetically engineered treatment substances whatsoever in its refinement process. The absence of protein-containing substances during its winegrowing process makes its wines vegan, too.

In fact, Claude Vialade’s wines offer the perfect vegan alternative whatever the occasion. The wine varieties range from delicate rosé and bold, full-bodied red wines to lightly sparkling white wines. Give them a try and find your favourite flavour note! Wines from the best winemakers around Claude Vialade represents the third generation of this family-run winery on the hills of Montmija in Ribaute. In the 1970s, her father Jean was one of the first to convert their winery to organic farming – long before today’s organic label existed. Jean Vialade became president of Europe's first cooperative of fully organic winegrowers. You can still taste this ecological heritage today in the grapes and wines of the region. A wine for regional change In keeping with this tradition, Claude Vialade is driving forward ecological transformation in the region with a view to making the whole of l'Occitanie the leading region for organic wine in Europe. In doing so, not only does she create excellent (organic) wines herself, but she also supports other wineries in their switch to organic farming. This sees knowledge accumulated over generations flow not only into the wines, but into the soils of the region, too. With a total of 500 hectares of wine-growing land in the process of being converted into organic and biodynamic areas, the company now bottles more than three million bottles. An air-conditioned ageing cellar and a corked recycling line continue to pave the way towards sustainable winegrowing. A wine that’s not just good for the soul, but for the region and the environment, too.
