Preparation: for 2 servings stir 14g (2 tsp.) into 200 ml of cold water or any other liquid. Briefly boil it under stirring for 1 minute.
Tip: Give it a finishing touch by adding 3 tbsp of vegan milk and refine it with herbs and spices.

This white basic sauce can be used as a mild sauce with vegetables, rice or pasta and is the ideal base for a Bechamel and/or Hollandaise. Your sauce creations get particularly palatable by adding vegan cream, white wine, vegetable broth, some lemon juice or fresh herbs.
