Dark Base Sauce, Organic, 125g
Preparation: for 2 servings stir 22g (2 tbsp.) of sauce powder into 200 ml of cold water or other liquid. Briefly boil under stirring for 1 minute. Season with herbs and spices just as you like best.
This dark basic sauce can be used as a mild sauce with vegetables, rice or pasta and is the ideal base for dark gravy. Your sauce creations get particularly palatable by adding vegan cream, red wine, vegetable broth, some lemon juice or fresh herbs.
