Chickpeas meet black pepper
What actually happens when you add pepper to a vegan cheese alternative? That's exactly what chef Emanuele di Biase asked himself - and made it easy. The result was the Sayve Black Pepper - and it is simply bombastic. It combines the delicate aromas of the chickpea that makes up the raw mixture with the crunchy pieces of crushed pepper and tickles your tongue in such a way that you can't be sure whether your chuckle is caused by the pepper tickling your nose or by the fun you have eating it.

Starker erster Eindruck - schwach im Nachgeschmack
Ein Hartkäse Ersatz der einen tollen ersten Eindruck mach. Leider ist der Nachgeschmack einfach falsch und hat nichts mit Käse zu tun. Ich vermute hier schlägt der große Anteil von Stärke im Produkt durch (so ungefähr schmeckt es dann auch). Ich würde es allein schon nicht wieder kaufen, da das Käsestück riesig ist. Zu zweit ist es kaum zu schaffen, da es sich auch nur zum Knabbern, im Salat oder ähnlichem eignet.

richtig lecker
Lohnt sich! Bisher waren alle Sorten von Sayve. Richtig schön würzig, sehr fest und trocken, ähnlich wie bei Parmesan. Durch den Pfeffer wird es noch besser als feines Topping auf herzhafte Gerichte.
