Herzhaft, rauchig & lecker
Finde die Wurst sehr gelungen und lecker! Knackige Konsistenz, sehr herzhaft und leicht rauchig. Habe sie in der Pfanne gebraten und zu Salat und Knoblauchbaguette gereicht, eine tolle Kombination. Werde ich wieder kaufen!

Nichts ausergewöhnliches
Bei diesen Preisen hätte ich etwas Besseres erwartet. Die Konsistenz vieler dieser neuen Würste ist zu fest in einer gelierten Art. Ich kann es nicht anders beschreiben. Der Biss ähnelt denen von Rügenwalder, allerdings besser. Geschmacklich fanden wir sie gut. Die Bockwürste von Vantastic Foods, oder die Räucherknacker von Taifun, die es schon ewig gibt, sind erheblich besser und auch günstiger. Das ist natürlich meine Meinung. Wer die von Rügenwalder usw. gut findet, mag diese bestimmt auch.
