For over 30 years, the organic pioneers at SOTO have been producing vegan specialities strictly from ecological ingredients – by hand and with passion. What started out in 1980 with the production of tofu for personal consumption in an organic rural flat share has now diversified into extensive plant-based organic nutrition.
