INGREDIENTS: Pea protein jackfruit granules (pea protein powder* (90%), jackfruit powder* (10%).

ALLERGY ADVICE: May contain traces of wheat, gluten, soy and milk (incl. lactose).
PREPARATION: Pour five times the amount of boiling water or vegetable broth over the desired amount. Allow to swell for approx. 2 minutes. Drain in a sieve, squeeze if necessary and process like minced meat.
