Würzig - umami

Wir lieben diese Hefecreme als Brotaufstrich. Neulinge sollten beachten, sich langsam ranzutasten und es sparsam aufzustreichen. Bei meinen Gästen konnte ich beobachten, dass sie vermutlich aufgrund des Aussehens oft einen süßen Geschmack annehmen denn es erinnert optisch an Schokocreme oder Karamell. Schmeckt aber nicht süß, sondern würzig /pikant/umami :-q

Lecker... wenn man umami mag

Super lecker als Brotaufstrich unter Käse oder einfach auf Nudeln mit Hefeflocken =) Ist ein bisschen wie bei Lakritze. Entweder man mag es oder nicht

Der perfekte natürliche Geschmacksverstärker

Mit Hefeextrakt hat man einen natprlichen Ersatz für den umstrittenen Geschmacksverstärker Mononatriumglutamat. Es ersetzt perfekt den "Umami"-Geschmack in Bratensoßen und rundet "deftige" Speisen wie Soja-Roulladen sowie asiatische Nudelsuppen perfekt ab. Als Britaufstrich finde ich den Gewschmack recht gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auf Blätterteig geschrichen und für 15 bis 20 Minuten bei 180° Umluft im Backofen gebacken schmeckt der Aufstrich wie knusprige Haut vom Brathähnchen. Sehr zu empfehlen =)
