Preparation: In the pan: Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the pepper medallions on both sides over a medium heat. Turn several times. (7 minutes medium / 11 minutes well done). | On the grill: Grill the medallions over a direct high to medium heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Then cook over a low heat for another 3-4 minutes (7 minutes medium / 10 minutes well done).
