Ich liebe diese Bratfilets und verwende sie zu Gemüse und Kartoffeln genauso gern wie auch mal ungebraten auf ein Vollkornbaguette. Natürlich mag nicht jeder Bärlauch, aber sehr stark schmecken sie nicht danach. Die Aromen sind gut abgestimmt. Die Filets sind angenehm würzig, nicht zu stark, aber auch nicht zu wenig. Die Konsistenz ist auch prima: nicht zu fest, leicht saftig. Ich kann diese Bratschnitten (wie sie früher mal hießen) wirklich sehr empfehlen. Man kann sie übrigens auch einzeln entnehmen und die Verpackung wieder verschließen.
Disappointing
I usually buy the Pizza Fillets, which I really like, but I thought that I would try these for a change. I wish I hadn't! I can't taste any garlic, and the overall flavour is actually unpleasant. I tried frying and microwaving - no difference; still horrible! I had to drench them in brown sauce just to make them tolerable.

Wie auch die Pizzafilets schmecken diese Filets einfach klasse, ob kalt, ob heiß. Der Bärlauch ist nicht so ganz eindeutig als Bärlauch zu identifizieren, deshalb, und wegen dem sehr stolzen Preis 9 Sterne

Gewürfelt angebraten und in den Salat gemischt - yummi!
