The fine smoke aroma makes the organic tofu from Vantastic foods something very special. Carefully smoked with natural beech wood smoke and refined with spicy soya sauce, the tofu block can be prepared in numerous variations. The mild and at the same time taste-intensive smoke aroma transforms the organic tofu block into a delicious bread topping. Roasted in small cubes or raw in potato salad, it can be used as a substitute for bacon. The organic tofu is also an ideal accompaniment to mashed potatoes and vegetables.

The taste of the Vantastic foods tofu is not only enhanced by the soya sauce, but also by vegetables and herbs such as carrots and parsley. Vantastic foods uses only certified organic ingredients.

Eher geschmacksneutral

Trotz Räucherung ziemlich geschmacksneutral. Bedarf weiterer Würzung, so z.B. etwas Pfeffer drauf oder frische Petersilie gehackt, oder Radieschenscheiben. Von mir 6/10.

leider fad

Leider war mir dieser Tofu etwas zu fad gewürzt, um ihn einfach als Brotbelag zu essen. Angebraten und noch mal kräftig gewürzt war er aber ok.

Definitiv mein Lieblingstofu. Geht sogar dünn geschnitten auf dem Brot voll klar. Wenn ihr das jemals aus dem Sortiment nehmt, bin ich ganz schön am Ende.
