Storage advice: Bei Zimmertemperatur und trocken lagern.
Preparation: Ca. 5-10 Minuten in heißer Gemüsebrühe einweichen bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist, absieben und mit den Händen ausdrücken, danach wie Fleisch weiterverarbeiten. Nach dem Kochen ergibt das Produkt die 2-3 fache Menge des Grundgewichts.

Möchte sie nicht mehr missen!
Die Soja Strips sind unbedingter Teil meiner Vorratshaltung; sie haben ein vergleichbar langes Haltbarkeitsdatum und sind unglaublich vielfältig einsetzbar. Für Wraps, als klassisches Geschnetzeltes, in einem Curry ... Ganz besonders liebe ich sie angebraten mit einem Steakgewürz - ein tolles Snackfood, wenn man einmal keine Chips & Co. möchte!
Ich weiche die Strips übrigens in heißem Wasser ein und spüle sie dann nochmals in kaltem Wasser aus - so wird der Geschmack neutraler. Nicht vergessen, sie danach gut auszudrücken!
Es gibt aber auch tolle Gerichte, wo die Strips direkt ohne Vorkochen/Einweichen verwendet werden können.
