Authentischer geht’s nicht
Ich war schon vom Vorgänger total begeistert, aber der geänderte Herstellungsprozess mit der Fermentation katapultiert meine Geschmacksnerven ins Nirvana ?? Fast unheimlich wie authentisch der „Feta“ jetzt ist; er lässt sich auch identisch zerbröseln, bricht dabei in die typischen unregelmäßigen Stückchen, schmilzt perfekt, ist ordentlich salzig, eben genau so wie das Original. Lecker und absolut empfehlenswert ?
