Nicht für alles geeignet

Wir haben diese Weichkäse-Alternative als Topping auf unsere vegane Lasagne gepackt. Geschmacklich einwandfrei, wirklich sehr lecker, aber meiner Meinung nach nicht als Topping für Aufläufe etc geeignet, sondern wirklich eher für Fondue oder in eine Soße. Die Konsistenz erinnert an etwas festeren Frischkäse, der Geschmack mehr an würzigen Fonduekäse.

Ein würdiger Ersatz für schweizer Käsefondue!

Wir lieben Käsefondue. Seit bei mir aber eine Allergie gegen Milchprotein festgestellt wurde, dachten wir, dass wir nie wieder Käsefondue genießen würden. Wir hatten dieses Produkt probehalber bestellt und sind begeistert! Noch ein Schluck Weißwein dazu, dann hat es die richtige konsistenz und lässt sich im Fonduetopf super erwärmen und tunken! Sehr lecker!

Genial für Käse-Fondue

Hab es für Käsefondue im Hokkaido-Kürbis verwendet. Habe noch 300 ml Weißwein und einen Schuß Reiswein und frischen Thymian dazu gegeben. War der Hammer!

Ungenießbar

Ich liebe Mandeldrinks, ich koche gerne vegetarisch und vegan, aber DAS geht gar nicht! Mit diesem "Produkt" habe ich 3 Tests gemacht. Alles mies. Am besten schmeckte ein überbackenes Weißbrot, mit Pilz Sellerie Petersilie drauf. Und nur etwas von dieser Pampe dazwischen. Also mal ehrlich: mit ein paar Tropfen Öl wäre nein essen köstlich gewesen. Durch diesen hellbeigen Pampf wurde der Geschmack eindeutig getrübt. Igitt!
