Out of the Italian wilderness

You’ll find LaSelva’s organic growing estate three kilometres from the Tyrrhenian coast, right next to the Parco Regionale della Maremma nature reserve. The brand LaSelva takes its name from the farm’s granary, which was built in Tuscany in the 17th century and later acquired by LaSelva founder Karl Egger. It was here, under the Italian sun, that the company first dedicated itself to organic farming and the rich diversity of nature and the animal world in the 1980s. Fertile, natural cultivation areas provide the perfect conditions for producing all of LaSelva’s environmentally friendly organic products. And this is where its distinctive coffee comes from too.

Organic artisanal produce – from the field straight into your cup

The family company embodies authentic Italian taste with simple ingredients, traditional Italian recipes and modern processing methods. “Nothing taken away, nothing added”: that’s the motto and guiding principle it applies to its cultivation, production and processing – with loving artisanal craftsmanship and Tuscan recipes.
