What started out as a small “fruit steam works” in Austria in 1879 is now a flourishingly fruitful medium-sized company that refines its fruits into exquisite delicacies at four Tyrolean locations.

The delicious ingredients for Darbo’s vegan desserts and snacks range from ultra-delicate, flavour-intensive apricot through to wild cranberries and blueberries.
