INGREDIENTS: Gelling agent: agar agar*, potato starch*, arrowroot flour*, red beetroot powder*, acidifying agent: potassium tartrate (tartar). (* certified organic)
PREPARATION: Stir the contents of the pack into 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat, stir occasionally and leave to cool for approx. 10 minutes until the icing becomes a little creamy. Spoon the glaze over the cake, starting in the middle. The cake can be cut after it has cooled (approx. 30 minutes).
