Easy preparation:
For 4 dumplings (1 bag):
1. Stir the contents of the bag with a whisk into 0.25l of cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
2. Form dumplings of the potato dough with wetted hands
3. Give the dumplings in boiling salted water and leave them to draw on low heat for 20 minutes.
