Spiegeleier
spiegeleier haben mir in meine langjährige vegane erfahrung echt gefehlt. jetzt hab ich myeyweiss und myeygelb gekauft und konnte es nicht abwarten spiegeleier zu machen. etwas kala manak ist notwendig. das ergebnis? FANTASTISCH! so schnell, so easy, so lecker :)
nicht mein Fall
Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Habe EyGelb und EyWeiss gekauft. würde ich nie wieder kaufen. es stinkt wenn man es aufschlägt. Habe Bisquit damit gebacken. Schmeckt ganz furchtbar, habe den Kuchen weggeworfen.
bester Eiersatz den ich bisher probiert habe
Ich hatte schon ein paar andere Sorten Eiersatz probiert und wurde sehr enttäuscht, ich wollte eigentlich gar keinen mehr probieren, aber dieser wurde mir von einer Freundin empfohlen und hat mich überzeugt! Zusammen mit dem EyWeiß kann man wirklich jedes Rezept, das man sonst nur mit Hühnerei kennt, nachkochen. Omlette, Bisquitteig, Mousse au Chocolate, sogar Spiegelei kann man damit machen. Die Rezepte auf der Webseite sind auch sehr hilfreich.
