nicht so gut wie erwartet

Habe mir das Kimchi gekauft in der Hoffnung, dass es etwas frischer schmeckt als mein normales. Leider ist es für meinen Geschmack viel zu sauer und die Ingwernote ist recht stark. Umami schmeckt man gar nicht. An sich nicht schlecht, aber einfach sehr weit von traditionellem Kimchi entfernt.

Leider zu sauer um es zum direkt konsumieren

Guten Tag,

ich fand es leider furchtbar. Ich hatte selbstgeachtes Kimchi von einem Bekannten viel milder und geschmacklich ausgewogener und feiner in Erinnerung. Es mag Leute geben, die das Kimchi so mögen ... Ich finde es allerdings nur übertrieben sauer. Mit, selbst länger fermentiertem Sauerkraut, habe ich z.B gar keine Probleme. Tut mir leid. Nicht wieder.
