D'Angelo Tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms
D'Angelo's pasta is produced exclusively by the so-called cold rolling process. Carefully processed in this way, the tortellini retain the nutrients and taste to the greatest possible extent. After cooking, the tortellini grow up to twice their size!
The pasta can also be kept outside the refrigerator and can therefore be stored uncooled for up to 12 months even without any preservatives.

schnell, einfach & lecker
Als schnelles Essen, wenn die Zeit knapp ist, gut geeignet. Kräftig gewürzt mit einem guten und intensiven Pilzgeschmack! Bei mir hat das Abkochen entgegen der Packungsanweisung nur 5-6 Minuten gedauert.

schmecken leider nach recht wenig
die Nudeln haben keinen wirklichen Eigengeschmack und die Füllung schmeckt leider auch nicht wirklich nach Pilzen, hat eher einen getreidigen Geschmack. Beim genaueren Blick auf die Zutatenliste könnte es daran liegen, dass die Hauptzutat der Füllung Paniermehl ist.
