Basic recipe: Bring 250 g of couscous to the boil with approx. 375 ml of soya-/ rice-/ oat milk or water, take from the stove plate and let soak for 5-10 min.
Production: Wheat semolina of controlled organic cultivation is mixed with water and blanched for 10 minutes, after that the mixture is dried at approx. 100° Celsius for 20 minutes. This process is repeated one more time.
