CAKE GLAZE POWDER
INGREDIENTS: Gelling agent: agar agar*, potato starch*, arrowroot flour*, acidifier: potassium tartrate (tartaric acid). (*= certified organic)
PREPARATION: Stir package contents into 250 ml cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring liquid to a boil for 2 min. while stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat, stir occasionally and allow to cool for approx. 10 Min. until the glaze becomes somewhat creamy. Spoon icing by tablespoonfuls onto cake, starting from center. spread over the cake. The cake can be cut after it has cooled (approx. 30 min.). TIP: Sprinkle the cake base with BIOVEGAN cream stiffener evenly on to prevent the base from becoming soggy.
