Please notice: The contained food colours may be subject to natural colour variations depending on the harvest. The food colours might change colouring or brightness due to different applications or heat treatment. They are not heat stable.

PREPARATION: Mix the contents of the bag in 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water until smooth. So that the powder can fully develop its color stand for 5 minutes. Then stir well again. Then add drop by drop to the desired shade into the mass.

Färbt ok, eher pastellig - das rot hat aber aus der "Butter"creme Wasser gezogen. Das Grün schmeckt sehr intensiv nach Matcha, zu intensiv für meinen Geschmack. Die Farben schmecken alle nach den verwendeten Obst- und Gemüsesorten - Vanillebuttercreme ohne Matchageschmack grün zu färben ist also nicht möglich.
Für Smoothies etc. sicher ok, aber für Buttercreme und "empfindlichere" Backprojekte nicht so geeignet, da die Farbe mit Wasser angerührt werden muss.
