Leider enttäuschend im Vergleich zur ursprünglichen Version
Bis vor wenigen Monaten gab es eine andere Version des Luve Lupinendrinks. (Violetter Text auf weißem Hintergrund, jetzt ist es umgekehrt.) Leider wurde die tolle Rezeptur stark zum Schlechteren verändert.
Im Vergleich zur ursprünglichen Version vom Luve Lupinendrink schmeckt diese Neuauflage leider deutlich wässriger. Die neue Version enthält zwar minimal weniger Zucker pro 100ml, aber nur ca halb so viel Lupinenextrakt. Das heißt, wenn man versucht, den schwachen Geschmack im Tee/Kaffee durch Verdoppelung der Menge Lupinendrink auszugleichen, bekommt man fast die doppelte Ladung Zucker. Außerdem hat sich der Preis leicht erhöht, man zahlt jetzt also ca doppelt so viel für die Gleiche Menge Lupinen.
Die Entscheidung, Calcium zuzusetzen kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen, es hinterlässt einen "harten" Nachgeschmack. Wenn man Tee oder Kaffee mit hartem (stark calciumhaltigen) Trinkwasser zubereitet, binden sich bekanntlich die Aroma-/Geschmacksstoffe des Getränks ans Calcium, statt in Mund und Nase aufzugehen. Ich vermute, das ist mit diesem zusätzlichen Calcium auch der Fall. Objektiv betrachtet bekomme ich jedenfalls oft einen weißen Rückstand in der Tasse.
Für manche Zwecke (Cerealien?) mag die "dünnere" Rezeptur angenehmer sein, aber zum Mischen mit Tee/Kaffee, oder zum Zubereiten von Milchreis ist sie klar unterlegen. Schade.
