INGREDIENTS: Fried onions* (onions*, sunflower oil*, potato starch*, salt), onion powder*, Kala Namak rock salt (12%), curcuma* (1.5%), paprika powder*, nutmeg*, garlic powder*, thyme*(1.1%), pepper*, chilli* (0.3%). (* = certified organic).
PREPARATION: Soak one packet of Scrambled Tofu Seasoning Mix in 100ml of water. Fry 150 g tofu in a coated pan with a little oil until golden and crumbly. Use a spatula to scrape off the tofu that is sticking to the bottom. Pour the seasoning mixture over it while stirring vigorously and continue to fry until the desired consistency is reached.

Dait schmeckt mein Tofu wirklich nach Rührei, was ich total faszinierend und beängstigend zugleich finde. Aber eher gut, deswegen kein Punktabzug ;)
