Preparation: Let the lentils soak in plenty of cold water for 1 - 2 hours and wash them afterwards under running water.
Cook at low temperature 1 cup of green lentils "du puy " with about 3 cups of water for 30 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Don’t add salt until after cooking! So the lentils keep their beautiful round form.
