Guter Ersatz
Verwende den Ei-Ersatz vor allem für Kekse, Plätzchen und zum panieren. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Und geschmacklich wie Hühnerei.
Ein ECHTER Ei-Ersatz
Da ich schon viele Ei-Erstäze ausprobiert habe, war ich skeptisch, aber durch die Produkte von MyEy habe ich nun einen WIRKLICHEN Ei-Ersatz gefunden. Von der Bindefähigkeit über den Geschmack, die Farbe bis zur Aufschlagfähigkeit steht dieses "Pflanzenei" einem tierischem Ei in nichts nach.
