INGREDIENTS:Rye whole grain milling products*, starter cultures. (* certified organic)
ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains gluten.
PREPARATION:You will add: (for 2 loaves) - 700 g wheat flour / groats - 300 g rye flour / groats - 2 sachets of BIOVEGAN Master baker's yeast (14 g ) - 2 teaspoons salt - 750 ml lukewarm water - some grease for the baking pan Preparation: Mix all dry ingredients well. Add water and knead for 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 60 min. Let rest covered in a warm place. Knead dough again. Cover and let rest in 2 greased and let rest. Bake breads with a bowl of water in preheated oven 60 min / 200 °C. Turn out and let cool on wire rack. Note: The sourdough extract cannot be used to make a base. The sourdough alone has no leavening power. For 1 kg of flour, 2 sachets of BIOVEGAN Meister baker's yeast (14 g ) needed
