Komischer Geschmack, komische Konsistenz
Ich fande es geschmacklich furchtbar. Sehr komisch und kommt meiner Meinung nach dem Carpaccio nicht ansatzweise nah.

Toller Schinkenersatz!
Schmeckt sehr lecker, hat richtig viel Eiweiß und ist eine perfekte Alternative für Veganer, die kein Soja vertragen (viel Aufschnitt enthält ja leider Soja).
Konsistenz finde ich nicht so schlimm wie hier öfters genannt, mich erinnert es an Fleischprodukten wie Prosciutto und Lachsschinken, da geht die Konsistenz auch in diese Richtung. Ich finde es außerdem toll, dass das Carpaccio nicht so salzig und stark gewürzt ist wie viele andere vegane Fleischersatzprodukte. Wir essen es am liebsten in belegten Broten mit Aufstrichen und veganem Käse.

Etwas fad
Schmeckt etwas nichtssagend. Die Konsistenz ist okay, aber etwas gummig. Die Bacon-Variante schmeckt deutlich besser.
Lecker mit Dattelsirup und Sesam!
Gelungener Fleischersatz, allerdings hat mir diese Variante nicht ganz so gut wie die mit Pfeffer gefallen, weil diese bissfester, leicht gummiartig ist und allein etwas fad schmecken.
Schmeckt allerdings mit Balsamico Creme, oder süßer Sojasauce, oder auch Dattelsirup und Sesam ganz hervorragend !!!
Es lässt sich also etwas sehr leckeres daraus zaubern.
Kommt bei Omnivore bestimmt auch gut an!
