Dieses Produkt hat keinerlei geschmackliche Gemeinsamkeit mit Salamiprodukten, auch von der Konsistenz her nicht.
Der Geschmack ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, eher mild, leicht bröcklig-cremig, kräutrig. Leichte Würze. Erinnert geschmacklich eher an Jagdwurst oder ähnliche Produkttypen. Daher interessant im Geschmack als Zusatz auf Pizza, gebackene Ciabatta oder Spaghetti - erhitzt ist der Geschmack weitaus interessanter und besser kombinierbar als im kalten Zustand.
