Der beste vegane Tortellini-Ersatz, der mir bisher untergekommen ist. Pesto und ein wenig veganen Parmesan (Cashewkerne, Salz, Knoblauch-/Zwiebelpulver, mixen) dazu und fertig ist das Pasta-Vergnügen.

Habe die CAPPELLETTI Räuchertofu heute probiert und sie schmecken sehr gut. Habe dazu eine Soße aus Veganer Kochsahne und Kräutern gemacht. Sehr lecker! Man muss nur aufpassen, dass die Cappelletti nicht zu lange kochen oder in der Soße liegen, da sie sonst auseinander fallen.
